It's obvious housing prices are falling throughout most of the country, but many people don't have the guts to pull the trigger. I can tell you this; if you do finally make a decision and act now, you will come out ahead in the long run.
Mortgage rates always come down slowly, but then shoot back up like a bolt of lightning. The very thing that causes housing prices to fall is going to cause interest rates to rise. So while you are sitting around trying to time the bottom of the market, interest rates will probably rise, along with your monthly payment. It's called a buyer's market for a reason. BUY!!!
